Our wedding planner has become our closest friend who truly shared our feelings and dreams and guided us through the entire planning and design process at its every single detail with professionalism, imaginative vision, genuine and incredible dedication and involvement doubled by such a warm, elegant and natural style. FS Events was incredibly responsive, supportive and so involved in our special event: arranged any and all conditions and decor (arrangements of the tables, decorations, fairy lights, candles, flower arch, coasters) perfectly in line with the established theme, ensured that everything is as planned and it’s our very special night and we and our guests have a blessed time, organised the ceremony, proposed the top service providers and needed amenities for our event, all in line with our estimated budget. We were sincerely impressed by their professionalism, hardwork and devotedness. We have created a special connection with our amazing wedding planners. Our event was absolutely perfect, we wouldn't change a single thing!!! We sincerely recommend them - with the hand on our heart.

I couldn’t be happier with how things turned out for our wedding, and a massive thanks to FS Event for helping us all the way. FS Event was initially just a website I found through google, and now we’ve gained friends with the lovely Fotini and Stavros. What an amazing team that helped us realize our dream wedding even though we only had 3 months to prepare. I really appreciated the responsiveness from day one, literally day and night, she was always there for me. Planning a church wedding for a Friday, with mixed religions and in a non-Greek/non-English language seemed impossible, but with Fotini’s support, research and in-person visits to many different places, we made it happen! Throughout the process, Fotini was able to quickly understand my very specific and unique style and was able to guide me to vendors that would match perfectly with what I was looking for. Fotini also made sure that the flow of the day was perfectly documented in details and all the vendors were well coordinated and knew their roles and responsibilities throughout the day which made the day run so smooth and exactly as planned. I’m forever grateful for the partnership, support and love that FS Event showed us throughout the process. I can definitely recommend to anyone looking to plan their wedding in Greece!

5 stars cannot describe FS Events... Impeccable planners with abundant love and respect for what they do. Always by your side in hard times but also in the happy times. I could never have made a better choice than the exquisite and adorable wedding planner Fotini and the experienced and trustworthy Stavros. The wedding took place on the 23/8/2020. Together we had been planning this wedding with so much love and dedication for over a year. Due to covid restrictions and abrupt severe measures taken by the Greek Government we were forced to change all the timetable, the venue and so many more things just 4 days before the wedding day. Fotini and Stavros within just a few days planned a new wedding, a microwedding for 50 guests instead of 200 which was the initial plan. Everything was even more beautiful than I imagined!!! It was the best day of my life due to these wonderful two souls! Me and my husband were more than satisfied! My Make up artist and hairstylist were amazed by how calm, relaxed and happy I was that day in comparison to my natural character and other brides the majority of which are overwhelmed by stress during their preparation. The reason was that I knew everything would be perfect and that I had two people who would forsee any mistake and give extra attention to all details. Thank you so much, I simply adore you. Fotini & Stavros are an absolute delight to work with. I reached out to Fotini after coming across her in a Greek Wedding Facebook Group. We knew exactly what we wanted and where and were lucky enough to meet Fotini & Stavros at our location a year in advance of our wedding. They found us the most perfect venue and visited it together and talked through our visions. 1 month later the venue withdrew, and we had to consider alternatives to the vision we had always dreamed of. Fotini and Stavros took the time to present the best alternatives knowing what we had in mind and how we could incorporate what we wanted. As an event organiser myself I must admit I did like to be fully involved however Fotini was excellent at working with that and we really did make an amazing team. When we met Fotini and Stavros in Crete we visited a florist to discuss options and the owner, Eleni was so helpful and understanding of what I wanted when it came to choosing a different venue, it made absolute sense to go with the florists own Sea View Wedding Venue. Although we had not visited is Fotini and Stavros had and shared amazing videos with us. We were also lucky enough to have a very short visit to Crete 5 months before the wedding and Eleni met us at the venue to show us around. Our DJ Aris was the very first element to be confirmed as he is resident at one of our favourite bars in Chania so we knew his style was what we wanted. From there I saw the various vendors that he often worked with on Instagram posts and along with recommendations from Eleni and Fotini we had our amazing Caterers – Siganos Executive Food Events, Bar Service – Dash n Drop, Photographer & Videographer – Wedding Stories Photography and lighting provider – Chania Sound. Fotini took control of organising the contracts and coordinating all the details and communications with the vendors especially when it came to the day of the wedding. When our wedding day came it was all down to Fotini and Stavros, I had been working with them so closely over the past year and involved in every element but I fully trusted them to deliver our vision and they absolutely did. The night before the wedding and the morning off it had rained and was overcast so having a completely outdoor venue we were worried but FS had it all under control with back up tents just in case. As luck would have it (or maybe it was down to Fotini and Stavros too) as soon as our photographers arrived the sky cleared and the sun came out. The whole day was absolutely perfect. The venue was beautiful and laid how exactly how I wanted it, the flow of everything went amazingly well all guided by Fotini and Stavros. They had event been communicating with my brother on a couple of surprise elements which absolutely blew us away. All in all our whole experience of our wedding was made so special by working with FS Events and all our amazing vendors. At every step of the way it felt personal to us, bespoke, special. We will be forever grateful for Fotini and Stavros and all our amazing vendors for making our dreams come true.

Wedding of Panos Sofias Ios 25/6/2022. It was the most touching day of my life after the birth of my children! As the mother of the groom despite all the emotion that permeated me I noticed how much attention you had paid to detail and timing giving your own touches where needed. The choice of the location of the decoration by Betty Flowers in the theater but also in the venue (Almyra by the Sea) was excellent! All the moments were dressed musically which was an excellent idea! It was a wedding that although it was a civil one, it touched all the guests… Excellent choice of a celebrant also! Timothy Bender captivated us with his speech. The enthusiasm of Panos and Sofia, apart from the fact that they wanted to live it, I believe, is due to the fact that they saw that everything was going the way they wanted it to be. Guests from abroad commented on us with the best words and even said that they have never been to such a wedding before!!!!!The saxophone (Sax Vibrations) also excited the guests from Latin America. So, congratulations for all your work that made us feel so intensely these happy moments of the children!!!!!!!

Fotini and Stavros owners of FS Events organized my daughter's wedding in Ios on July 2nd 2022. They put together an amazing wedding!! They are the nicest people you can deal with, very detail oriented and very professional at their job. They take care of every detail and they know what it takes to put together the best experience not only for the bride and groom but also for all the guests. We had 80 people that traveled to Greece for the wedding and literally every one of them commended that it was the best wedding they have ever attended!! I will highly recommend them!! All you need to do is have a call with Fotini and you will realize that you are dealing not only with the best wedding planner but also with a person that really cares about you!!

Fotini and Stavros planned for us 2 weddings in one day. The civil in the morning (required from our church) the church wedding and the following celebration at the venue. We had some troubles to book an appointment for the civil wedding, but thanks God Fotini and Stavros did their best to find a way because they knew how important was for us to be done. Very nice service, friendly and most of all kind people!

We had the pleasure of having Fotini and Stavros of FS Events plan our wedding in Ios, Greece. Having never visited the island, it was incredibly important that we found someone we could place our trust in. They did not disappoint! Fontini was available to me whenever I needed her, no matter how big or small the problem was and I was put at ease through the whole planning process. We were always in safe hands. We were constantly told by our guests how relaxed we were in the lead up to the big day and that was because we knew they had taken care of it all. The running of day was very smooth and was the perfect day. They became more than just our planners, they became our friends and I hope it stays that way.
